Jack is a supporting character in Dreams Made Into Reality and follows his friend, Gerard, on a journey around the Unova region. His first pokemon was Tepig, which is ironic, as he is referred to as "Pig" in later chapters. He is overall large and joyful, but can sometimes get very angry when provoked.

Chapter 1
In Chapter 1, Jack is revealed to have anger problems, just like Joey, but less so. He is also revealed to be large and nice. He is the second person in the class to get his pokemon, which ended up being Tepig. After Joey and Gerard's battle, he tries to convince Gerard that Joey means well, but Gerard doesn't seem to be convinced. Soon, him and Gerard become friends, and spend the rest of the day at Gerard's house. Jack leaves soon for his house when his mom calls for him.
Chapter 2
In Chapter 2, Jack is first seen at the entrance to Route 1, at the side of Joey. He never told Gerard that he had invited Joey to come along, leaving Gerard a little angry. When Jack sees the hatred between the two, he stands in between them, and tells them to just relax and walk. On their way to Accumula town, Jack catches a Lillipup, and is mad when Joey mocks him. When Joey runs away, Jack forces Gerard to help, which ends up landing the two in N's trap. Jack then has his first battle with N, in which Tepig is knocked out immediately. He then sends out Lillipup, who defeats N's Purrloin, and forces N and his grunts to leave. Jack is then rushed out of the city by Gerard.
Chapter 3
In Chapter 3, Jack battles one trainer on Route 2, and levels up both his Tepig and Lillipup. He then follows Gerard into Striaton Town, and then into the Pokemon Center. He gets his pokemon healed, and then does not speak until the end of the chapter, where he speaks his hopes of finding Joey in the first gym.
